If you don’t know what to do, write!

For a long time, I’ve been missing out from here and yesterday out of the blue it struck me that I’m treating this blog exactly like I once treated my house plant.
But this adulting is not as easy as it sounds.
Too many responsibilities came rushing in and to put it in a simple way, I am bad at multitasking.
So, I hibernated for a while and sorted out my priorities. I acquired some habits albeit all the choas and decided to wake up super early, at 4 because my timeline was messed up.

I read this somewhere that, ” to get rid of the temptation, yield to it” ergo I pledged myself and started getting up at 4. And yes, when you read about people talking how getting up early changed their life, it really makes me get up and pick this schedule too! My sleep schedule was quite unstable, but this routine has impacted a lot and slowly I’m getting hang of it.

Apart from that, this month I picked this very much discussed book , IKIGAI and it really gets inside your head, well positively.
I’ve read snippets about this books alot, so when I got this book I was really excited and started reading it from word to word.
I’m at the end of the book, but this one particular paragraph caught my attention
” Having a clear objective is important in achieving flow, but we also have to know how to leave it behind when we get down to business”
Once the journey has begun,we should keep this objective in mind, without obsessing over it.

Ikigai means “life to be worthwhile”

This insinuate a lot, it’s totally on us to read between the lines.
By far the journey of waking up, the mindset to keep up with your schedule and the idea of breaking the illusion and making it a vital reality is going well.
Ending this in a hope that next post will be a journey about the other side of the spectrum!

It’s on you to pick which side of the spectrum we want to live in.
It can be colorful but it’ll come with challenges or it can be just in one colour throughout!
The choice will always be yours
