Is using your negative side as your defence mechanism,a good or a bad thing?

Have you ever met a person who talks about emotions but has none, who is so rigid about his behaviour and completely ignores the fact that this is effecting people around him.
And when pointed out or even talked about,he always comes up with this that “I am built this way!’.💁

I mean isn’t this weird that how easily person uses his negative side as his guard.
There is no point in keeping that person in your life who does not intend on budging and somewhere deep down you know that happiness or calmness can never be found around them, because if they cannot change now even when the time is right, there is a good chance they never will.

No matter how many times you have told them they need to work on; about the things or their actions hurt you,you have told them about trying it together- probably for infinite times, but they’re still actively choosing not to correct their behaviour.
I am not putting this out because it is a one person point of view but I myself have been in this place of being adamant towards my toxic behaviour which made me regret alot of things in my life. There were times and now also, I have this habit of not admitting my behaviour and I have seen very good amount of reactions from my people.🙇

Maybe I don’t want to label it as a toxic behaviour, but this is how a person will grow up to be when these actions are not corrected properly during their growing stage.
Nobody wants to stay with a person because of one good habit of them,it would be like compromising because you cannot step without them.

Stubborn people tend to disrespect your boundaries and not to care about How they are making you feel and living with someone like this will give you the exact same feeling like you’re sitting on a sofa with springs coming out.
I mean, nobody should settle for anything when there are other ways of living happily

I only want to say that prioritize your contentment, hear the voices inside your head and if they are really telling you that the person you’re with isn’t right for you, please pay double attention.
Intuition exists for a reason and we often ignore them.
Don’t stay in that zone if you know you will probably regret it later. I know it never gets easy to lose a person, especially when they become your habit, but it has to get worse before it gets better

You deserve the love,a person who does not make you feel like a clown or a maniac, but who hears you out and who returns the same energy as you offer them.
I know it sounds very cliché,but life does get bumpy, you are destined to meet many wrong people,to make wrong decision or to take many wrong turns before you meet right person, better decision and your destiny.

But hey don’t wait up,look within yourself too, if there’s any kind of fixing that needs to be done, before it becomes an issue for someone else. This is not going to happen overnight, bit by bit it’ll make your life happy, anything is just one decision away and that decision you’re supposed to make with a calm mind.

Keep hangin, stay healthy and stay safe.😷

  2. So here’s the thing ….there were many things written down ….first …you just can’t expect someone to only be good because that can’t be true …we all have both good and the bad ….when you like a person you get both the sides …also everyone has different way of expressing different emotions and different ways of defence mechanism….then there’s thing called ACKNOWLEDGING….you need to acknowledge your worth your emotions your problems… turning blind eye won’t help … telling yourself lies won’t help …. Learn to ACKNOWLEDGE!!!
